There's nothing wrong with the food here, but there is zero authenticity. This is a typical Chinese place in Kitchener with really thick sauces and cheap prices. It has chicken wings on the menu for goodness sake!
It's decent when you want something fast and inexpensive, but if you want real Chinese food, go elsewhere. -

Awful service!! The girl who answers the phone is rude! First tells me there is no manager working (which I don't believe) then tells me she is the manager.
The food arrived in broken bent out containers with half the food in the bottom of the ripped bag. The containers looked like they were thrown in and the plastic cover was broken and left bits of plastic in the rice. I called and complained, the rude girl on the phone told me when the food left it left nicely (In other words calling me a liar) I didn't pay 40.00 for this meal for it to be mushed together thrown into a ripped bag with half the food out of the container.... no one would eat it this way! On top of all this the food was stone cold. The girl on the phone refused me a manager, refused to tell me her name or when one would be in I could speak with.
I will never EVER order from this company again, and for the record I took pictures of how you delivered this food hotwok, so let's see who is the liar!

Quick cheap food , if you're in a rush. Pick up and go!!! Nothing authentic there ,just Chinese food that you can grab anywhere in town. 30 minutes after the ingestion process you're still hungry that's why it comes in huge portions !!
